Padded bubble mailers

Protect small, delicate items with mailers constructed from durable kraft paper and an interior layer of air-cushioning bubble wrap. The kraft paper exterior resists tears and punctures, while the laminated bubble lining absorbs shocks and impacts during transit. This dual-layer design is suited for shipping electronics, jewelry, cosmetics, and other small products that require protection from vibration and bumps. You can choose between brown or white kraft paper versions, either with the InPost logo or as a plain, unprinted mailer. Every padded mailer features a wide, high-tack adhesive strip on the top flap. You peel off the protective liner and press the flap down to create a secure, tamper-evident seal without needing any extra tape.

Rigid cardboard mailers

Use these mailers to ship flat items that must not be bent or creased. They are constructed from a single piece of stiff, high-density cardboard that provides structural integrity against folding and pressure. This construction ensures that documents, certificates, contracts, photographs, art prints, and thin books arrive at their destination flat and undamaged. The mailer's corners are designed to provide additional protection against drops and impacts during sorting and delivery. You can select the brown cardboard option for a standard shipping look or the white version, which provides high contrast for shipping labels and branding. Both color variants are available with a pre-printed InPost logo or as a completely plain, unprinted surface. Like our padded mailers, these rigid mailers seal with a quick and secure peel-and-seal adhesive strip, making your packing process fast and efficient.

Sizing and Paczkomat compatibility

Select a mailer size that corresponds directly with Paczkomat® locker dimensions. Our range includes mailers designed to hold A5, A4, and C3 formats, all of which are compatible with the small (A) and medium (B) Paczkomat lockers. This sizing eliminates guesswork when you prepare shipments and guarantees your parcels will always fit. The standardized dimensions ensure a smooth dispatch process every time you use a Paczkomat machine.
