Use paper mailers to ship flat or slightly convex items that require more rigidity than a standard envelope offers. Their construction provides a durable layer of protection for products during transit, preventing bends and surface damage. These mailers are a practical choice for shipping goods that do not need the crush resistance of a cardboard box.
Kraft paper mailers
Our paper mailers are made from brown Kraft paper with a grammage ranging from 70 to 110 g/m². This material weight makes them noticeably stiffer and more resilient than conventional paper envelopes. The gusseted design allows them to expand to accommodate items with some thickness.
Sizing and applications
You can select from two distinct sizes to match your shipping needs. The Y80 mailer measures 35 x 45 x 8 cm, making it suitable for larger books, photo albums, and textiles. This size fits perfectly within a Paczkomat® A-size locker. The larger Y90 mailer measures 40 x 50 x 10 cm, providing ample space for bulkier flat items. Note that the 40 cm width of the Y90 mailer exceeds the 38 cm maximum dimension of standard Paczkomat lockers, making it incompatible with this delivery method. Both sizes are available plain and unprinted, or you can order them with a personalized, single-color print from the Pantone palette to feature your own branding.
