Secure items inside your shipping box

Use void fillers to stabilize products and prevent them from moving inside a larger shipping carton. By filling the empty space around your item, you create a brace that absorbs shocks and vibrations during transit. This protection is critical for ensuring your shipment arrives at its destination, including any Paczkomat® locker, in the same condition it was sent.

Choose the right material for the job

Your choice of filler depends on the level of protection and the type of presentation you need. We offer two distinct types of materials designed for different applications.

For a straightforward and effective way to immobilize items, use our kraft paper filler. This brown paper, with a grammage of 40-70 g/m², is designed to be crumpled into balls or pads to fill any remaining space in your box. It forms a firm cushion that prevents contents from shifting, making it a reliable choice for a wide range of goods that need to be held securely in place. It is particularly effective for bracing heavier objects or filling large voids efficiently.

For items that are fragile, delicate, or require an aesthetic presentation, choose wood wool. This filler consists of fine wood shavings that interlock to create a soft, springy nest for your products. It provides excellent cushioning against impacts and is ideal for shipping glass, ceramics, bottled goods, or curated gift sets. The natural appearance of wood wool also adds a decorative touch when the recipient opens their package. It conforms to the shape of your products, holding them gently but firmly.
