Bottle sleeves for individual protection

Paper bottle sleeves provide direct, cushioned protection for individual glass containers. You can select from two standard sizes, one designed for bottles up to 0.5 liters and another for bottles up to 0.75 liters. Each sleeve creates a snug paper layer that guards the glass surface against scuffs, scratches, and minor impacts during handling and transit. Use them to protect single items or to add an extra layer of security for bottles packed within a larger multi-pack box.

Dividers for multi-bottle shipments

When you ship multiple bottles or jars in one box, the primary risk is collision between items. Our corrugated cardboard dividers are engineered specifically to immobilize glass containers, holding them separate and secure. The interlocking panels create individual cells that prevent any direct contact. A typical configuration, such as the divider for six bottles, holds each container firmly in place, absorbing shocks and vibrations that occur within courier networks or during delivery to a Paczkomat® locker. These dividers are cut to fit precisely inside standard shipping boxes, eliminating excess space where products could shift. This system is effective for shipping wine, spirits, craft beers, juices, olive oils, sauces, and other products in glass. The dividers not only separate the items but also add to the structural rigidity of the entire package, helping it resist compression.

Securing other fragile items

These paper-based solutions are effective for a range of fragile products beyond bottles. The same principles of cushioning and immobilization apply to jars of preserves, cosmetics, or sauces. You can use the cardboard dividers to create secure compartments for items like ceramic mugs, glass candles, or other delicate objects with a uniform shape. The main function of these accessories is to fill void space and stop your products from moving inside the shipping box. By creating a tight, secure pack, you directly address the most common cause of breakage and ensure your goods arrive intact.
