You can check the status of your parcel on the courier’s website. You’ll find the link to track your parcel in your confirmation email. You can also email us at [email protected] (quoting your order number) to receive an update.

Order processing times depend on the type of product. For unprinted products dispatched directly from the warehouse, it usually takes 2 working days to prepare the order for dispatch. Delivery within Poland takes 1 working day. For personalised orders with printing, the processing time is specified on the product page and includes dispatch.

We do not offer delivery outside Poland.

In most cases, invoices are generated after the order is shipped and sent to the email address provided during registration. If your contract includes a deferred payment option, invoices will be generated monthly.
