Standard flap boxes

This category contains cardboard boxes sized specifically for the smallest Paczkomat® locker, size A. Each box fits precisely within the maximum locker dimensions, allowing you to use the available space efficiently for your small and lightweight e-commerce shipments. Our standard flap boxes feature a classic top and bottom flap design, also known as an RSC (Regular Slotted Carton). You seal both the top and bottom flaps with packing tape to create a secure closure for a wide variety of items. Every box is manufactured from 3-ply corrugated cardboard with an E-flute profile and a grammage of 350 gsm. This material provides the necessary structural rigidity to protect contents during transit without adding significant weight. You can choose between boxes printed with the InPost logo or unprinted, plain brown boxes for a neutral appearance.

Auto-locking bottom boxes

For high-volume shipping operations where packing speed is a priority, select our auto-locking bottom boxes. This design, also called a crash-lock base, features a pre-glued bottom that snaps into place automatically when you push the sides of the flattened box. The base is fully assembled and secured in seconds, entirely without the need for packing tape. This allows you to prepare parcels significantly faster than with standard flap boxes, reducing labor time per package. After placing your items inside, you only need to tape the top flaps shut. Like our standard boxes, these are constructed from durable 3-ply, 350 gsm corrugated cardboard with an E-flute and are available with the InPost logo or in a plain brown finish.
