Size C boxes for Paczkomat shipments
This category contains boxes specifically sized to fit the largest Paczkomat® locker, Size C. Using these boxes allows you to take full advantage of the maximum available parcel volume for your biggest shipments. Each box is engineered to meet the precise dimensional limits of the Size C compartment, which are 41 x 38 x 64 cm. This ensures a proper fit without wasting space, making them the designated choice for sending items that will not fit in smaller A or B size lockers.
Construction and dimensions
We offer large, Regular Slotted Container (RSC) flap boxes manufactured from a thick and rigid corrugated cardboard. This material provides the necessary structural integrity and compression strength for heavier or bulkier items during handling and transit. The available external dimensions for these boxes range from 38 x 30 x 40 cm up to 60 x 40 x 34 cm. This variety of sizes within the Size C classification accommodates a wide spectrum of large products, from electronics and home goods to consolidated orders of smaller items. This RSC construction type is a global standard in shipping due to its proven strength and efficient use of a single sheet of cardboard. You can select between two visual variants for these boxes. One option features the InPost logo pre-printed on the exterior surfaces. The other is a plain, unprinted brown box without any branding, which provides a neutral surface if you prefer to apply your own labels or stamps. All boxes are delivered to you flat-packed, which minimizes storage space requirements before use.
Assembly and sealing
Assembling these RSC boxes is a straightforward process. You begin by folding the two shorter bottom flaps inward, followed by the two longer bottom flaps. To close the container after packing your items, you repeat the same sequence with the top flaps. Due to the large size of the boxes and the potential weight of their contents, you must use strong packing tape to seal them securely. Apply a strip of heavy-duty tape along the center seam where the two main flaps meet. For maximum security on heavier shipments, you should also apply tape across the edge seams on both the top and bottom of the box. This method ensures the flaps remain closed and the box structure is fully reinforced for its journey through the Paczkomat network.
